Project Engineer

Ensure design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards.

Do the administration to manage and control all project which plan and implemented in manufacturing site to deliver the report as requirement.

1. Project coordinating:

- Consolidate the project/investment request from cross-function.

- Monitor the progress of all projects in factory

- Report and escalation

2. Before starting the project design phase: Support the End-to-End Project Manager and Engineering Manager in developing the investment project charter and see to it that it is strictly followed throughout the project.

3. During project design phase: Based on: Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the Nestlé standards, the local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications, the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability) and, on top of all the previous, the workers safety during both, the construction and the further operation of the plant, execute the basic design and then the detailed design.

4. During the project implementation phase:

- Get the engineering side of the project implemented (e.g. buildings, equipment erections, piping, utilities, etc.) in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, the URS and the characteristics of a unit operation, all the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and a vertical start-up is assured.

- Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities. Ensure that the Nestlé standards are applied. Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions

5. During the whole project life: Promote development of environmental-friendly and sustainable solutions. Mobilize resources (internal & external)

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer, Industrial engineer, Chemical engineer or related majors

- At least 03 years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Engineer Supervisor, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or other similar positions)

- Passionate and motivated to achieve success while ensuring health and safety for project members, product safety and working environment

- Developed technical, communication, networking, managerial and leadership abilities besides analytical skills in problem solving

- Good at English communication
