Project Engineer - PE2

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing HV electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop protection coordination studies, relay settings, SCADA systems, and other HV system analyses.

• Review and verify system protection schemes, short-circuit studies, and arc flash analyses.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.

• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and progress updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Systems or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management, ideally in power systems, protection studies, or SCADA.

• Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or similar analysis software is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of power systems (HV, protection relays) with the ability to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software for reviewing schematics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
