Project Import-Export Assistant (Third-Party contract)

Main Purpose of Job:

To ensure smooth and timely shipping documents, tax exemption list application, synchronization list application and payment documents for imported machinery projects, used machines, spare parts, accessories

To liaise with Projects team (Engineering, Factories, Procurement, SHE...) to manage safety requirements, Vietnamese translation of imported goods and cost/fees effectively

Key Output:

- Ensure conformity of shipping documents to do customs formality on time

- Ensure tax exemption list and/or synchronization list approval before receipt of arrival notitication

- Check completeness of customs declaration form before submitting to authority

- Follow up and work directly with Projects team, Freight Forwarders, Oversea Suppliers, Nestrade on shipping documents, shipments plan, Vietnamese translation of imported goods and safety requirements at factories

- Solve shipping documents, payments, shipments plan, delivery schedule issues

- Work with Projects team to ensure accuracy of tax exemption list/synchronization list and/or amendment of tax exemption list/synchronization list of imported machinery lines

Key Experiences:

- Bachelor degree ( preferably in Foreign Trade)

- 1 year experience in similar positions.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Import&Export Operation, customs broker, import machinery

- Project management tools

Functional or Professional / Business Skills:

- Good communication skill

- Good interpersonal and coordination skills

- Intermediate English Level
