● Analyze & synthesize data to generate insights for new initiatives, provide findings to ensure a holistic view of our users (buyers, merchants, drivers) by qualitative & quantitative studies & analysis.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize and manage end-to-end projects, ensure that
the project status or changes made are communicated effectively to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately.
● Set KPIs for the team and subsequently review & track these KPIs. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Ensure resource availability & allocation, monitor team member’s execution.
● Monitor daily operation of in-house customer service activities within assigned scope, deep dive operation KPIs to streamline processes, improve customer experience.
● Take timely corrective actions to ensure the team complying with company values.
● Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned.
