Project Management Officer Contract 1 Year

Role Overview

The Project Management Officer (PMO) will play a critical role in managing cross-functional project execution, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones, and maintaining governance standards. This role involves consolidating project updates, managing documentation, and facilitating effective communication across global, regional, and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Deliverables Matrix Management

• Own and maintain the PDM template, ensuring accurate consolidation of cross-functional updates.

• Track completion status, actual delivery timelines, and maintain documentation of delivery evidence as per PDM requirements.

2. Progress Reporting & Risk Management

• Share regular progress updates using the PDM template.

• Identify and escalate key issues and risks to leadership in a timely manner.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with functional leads to gather updates on detailed plans and timelines.

• Support global/regional teams by providing necessary documentation and updates for approvals.

4. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to project governance standards and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.

• Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects across global/regional/local teams.
