Project Management Officer (PMO)

• Develop overall project plans and manage implementation timelines in line with assigned objectives.

• Monitor and control project milestones throughout each development phase to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate closely with relevant departments (Development, Business Analysis, Design, QA, etc.) to align schedules and resolve issues during execution.

• Identify and assess project risks (e.g., delays, resource shortages, scope changes) and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.

• Manage, update, and maintain all project-related documentation in accordance with internal procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management Assistant in the IT, Finance, or Securities industry.

• Over 2-5 years of relevant experience in project scheduling or coordination.

• Solid understanding of project scheduling, progress tracking, and software development processes (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).

• Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Logical thinking, analytical mindset, and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Good at English is a plus, not required.
