Project Management Staff (Mechanical Products)

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers/partners in Vietnam for mechanical products.

• Request and analyze quotations from suppliers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer requirements.

• Coordinate supplier visits, audits, and capability assessments.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to review samples and finished products against technical drawings and specifications.

• Monitor project progress, production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Handle necessary export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to support shipment processes.

• Prepare regular project updates and reports for the US headquarters, providing transparency on supplier performance, production status, and key risks.

• Act as a liaison between suppliers in Vietnam and the US head office to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, supply chain, or sourcing, preferably in mechanical/industrial products.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes (stamping, extrusion, casting, machining) is an advantage.

• Good understanding of supplier management, production planning, and export documentation.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel to suppliers across Vietnam.
