Project Manager

Job level: Team leader / Supervisor

Roles:

- Providing leadership and support to project team members

Responsibility:

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility & deliverables.

- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables (Quality/ Cost/ Speed).

- Track progress & ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Quickly respond & flexibly adapt the new project directions based on feedback and requirements of changes.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, report and escalate to management as needed

- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

- Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns throughout the project life cycle

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Building and continuously improving the NPD documentation system: procedures, SOP/work instructions, checklists.

- Perform other jobs as assigned by the line manager.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management positions.

- Ability to communicate in English (~TOEIC 700+ ) and willing to work flexible hours to stay aligned with Lovepop’s US team.

- Strong understanding of new product development, design & manufacturing processes.

- Strong in solving problems and conflicts

- Ability to iterate and pivot quickly based on feedback and requirements of changes.
