Project Manager

Position Overview

• The selected candidate will be responsible for managing one project on a full-time basis in the southern region, while also monitoring the progress of other projects in the South Vietnam and regularly reporting to the Hanoi office.

• Depending on performance, we expect the candidate to take on a broader role as a full-time office staff member based in Ho Chi Minh City in the future.

• We are seeking an individual who can work closely with our Hanoi office team and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in overseeing project progress and providing accurate updates.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project management and construction supervision procedures for consistent oversight.

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities for assigned projects.

• Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants; prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and site instructions.

• Monitor project progress, manage the master schedule, and review contractor payment applications.

• Coordinate with Design and Permit consultants on authority submissions and regulatory compliance.

• Review and control shop drawings, method statement, and other documents submitted by consultants or contractors to ensure compliance and quality.

• Evaluate design submissions before client approval, ensuring alignment with project and legal requirements.

• Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Manage the site CS team and contractors for QA/QC and HSE compliance.

• Report to and support the Senior Project Manager with strategic tasks.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Project Manager.

• Knowledge of design software, such as Revit, AutoCAD and BIM, and must be familiar with construction drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of construction materials and methods, building codes and regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Can work on project sites in other provinces as directed by the company.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication in ENGLISH language and teamwork skills.

• Experience in the industrial construction is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Architect or related field is a plus.

• MOC PM Certificate and Supervision Certificate are required.

• Have a car is a plus.
