Project Manager

Implement and manage all company’s projects optimise the equipment, truck

fleet, infrastructures at all terminals, plan & implement all related upgrading &

new projects:

1. Legal Compliance:

▪ Possess a profound understanding of legal frameworks and

regulations related to construction projects within industrial zones,

ports, and relevant areas.

▪ Ensure strict adherence to Vietnamese legal provisions regarding

FIRE PREVENTION AND FIGHTING, construction permits,

environmental permits, and other regulations.

2. Project Implementation:

▪ Manage the end-to-end process of project implementation, focusing

on construction, upgrading bitumen storage tanks and other required

projects within industrial complexes and ports.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure projects are

completed within established timelines and CAPEX budget.

▪ To assist Terminal Manager to implement projects to optimize

machinery, equipment and facilities;

▪ Develop strategic and potential suppliers/partners to be ready for

project implementation;

▪ Update daily/weekly/monthly reports on maintenance/repairing

activities and project progress to Operation Manager and BOM;

3. Documentation and Permitting:

▪ Navigate and facilitate the completion of necessary documentation,

including construction permits, environmental permits, and other

regulatory approvals.

▪ Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely

manner to relevant authorities.

4. Risk Management:

▪ Identify and assess potential risks associated with project execution,

particularly legal and regulatory risks.

▪ Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard project

success.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

▪ Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including legal

authorities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant entities.

▪ Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to address

concerns and maintain compliance.

▪ Do other tasks as required by Operation Manager and BOM.

• Minimum University degree of Machinery or Mechanic Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineer, • • Engineer of Road and Bridge/Asphalt… MBA degree is preferred

• Knowledge of management and operation of tanks, pumping systems, pipelines, jetties, heating systems, electrical system and automation

• Knowledge of transport, repair and maintenance of industrial equipment, motor vehicles

• Good leadership and management skills

• Good English & Vietnamese communication and presentation skills

• Good inspirational motivation skill and able to resolve existing conflicts result, incidents and stand high pressure.

• Knowledge of QHSSE systems

• Responsible, spirit of teamwork, enthusiasm

• Willing to go business trip

• Good computer skills, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Office 365

• High integrity and transparency, especially when working and communicating with the relevant authorities and suppliers

• Willing to work onsite based on project requirements.
