Project Manager

● Working with managers of different marketing teams (digital marketing, channel marketing, marketing communication) to create the collaboration between these teams to build the marketing plan and tasks to implement that plan.

● Managing and supervising marketing projects and evaluating performance after projects independently.

● Creating and managing a campaign timeline, scheduling deadlines and allocating resources.

● Standardize project management processes - including documentation, communication flow, and reporting templates - to improve efficiency and visibility across teams.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.

● 5+ years of either project manager with marketing experience. Experience in account management in an agency is a plus.

● 5+ YoE in management roles with proven records of leading other project managers and functional managers.

● Experience with project management theory and best practices.

● Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

● Strong analytical skills.

● Good communication in English, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Desired Qualifications:

● PMP certification

● Strong experience in digital marketing, channel marketing or other related fields.
