Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks and lead the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and project delivery following the O2D Opportunity to Delivery program.
Utilize suggested project management processes and methodologies using the DePICT process.
Identify risks to the success of the project
Contribute to managing the budget and reporting progress of the project on an on-going basis.
For projects, collaborate with the BD and Sector heads for management and growth of the Opportunity pipeline and definition/ scoping of customer/ project requirement
For assigned projects, influence the conduct of the Investment /Cost model review
Implement and manage the communications plan.
Establish and maintain governance for Transport project through Go Live Readiness Checklist.
Engage the Workstreams leads to identify and implement Pre-contract action plans that can be implemented without significant costs to shorten the over-all project lead time.
Track and manage the Start Up Improvement project – BCA (Business Case) Gross Profit program for projects handled.
Set up and update the Planview Project profile for visibility of the progress to all stakeholders.
Provide Operations Excellence activity support at selected sites.

Commercial and operational awareness of key operational performance factors of Warehousing and Transport operations.
Good knowledge of applicable legal and other requirements related to quality, safety, health and environment management.
Process improvement background.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to identify, analyze, and manage risks; facilitating execution of mitigation and permanent action plans.
Good customer relationship skills.
Good training, facilitation, coaching, and auditing skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel to analyze data
Capability to map process and develop/ review SOPs.
