Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from order receipt to installation completion. As a project manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the orchestration of various departmental activities, ensuring that project milestones are met within budget, and liaising closely with the leader of installation to effectively organize manpower for system setup.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Lead the end-to-end project timelines in compliance with group standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, procurement and other relevant departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan, outlining timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Monitor project progress continuously, making necessary adjustments as needed.
2. Team Management & Coordination
• Act as the central point of coordination for all project-related activities, ensuring alignment across departments and timely execution of tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the installation leader to plan and allocate appropriate manpower and scheduling for each project phase.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and fostering accountability to achieve project goals.
• Monitor team performance, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify resource gaps and support the development or reallocation of team members to meet project requirements.
• Promote effective communication within the team and ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.
3. Client Communication
• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle—from project kickoff through to post-installation support.
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and trust throughout the project duration.
• Proactively provide clients with timely updates on project milestones, installation schedules, and any anticipated changes or risks.
• Address all client inquiries, concerns, or feedback with urgency and professionalism, ensuring resolutions that maintain satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver on client commitments and uphold service excellence in line with company standards.
• Organize and participate in regular client meetings (online or onsite) to align expectations and ensure transparency in project execution.
4. Risk & Issue Management
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact project scope, timeline, cost, or quality.
• Develop and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans to minimize disruption and ensure project continuity.
• Promote the consistent use of standardized project management processes, tools, and documentation to ensure transparency, control, and successful delivery.
• Encourage a risk-aware culture within the project team, fostering open communication and early detection of challenges.
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all project phases, key decisions, changes, and communications to ensure traceability and accountability.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise progress reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders at regular intervals or upon request.
• Track project performance against defined KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to support decision-making and corrective actions.
• Document any deviations from the project plan along with the rationale and resolution steps.
• Lead post-project evaluations to assess overall success, identify strengths, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMP certification) are a strong advantage.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably with exposure to business or technical project environments.
• Have proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including quality assurance and risk management processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork with strong problem anticipation and mitigation skills.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
