Project Manager

Project Management & Execution

- Responsible for overall progress management and priority control of R&D projects to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

- Develop and follow up on project plans (milestones, version iterations, testing checkpoints) and coordinate resources in a timely manner.

Cross-Team Communication & Coordination

- Act as a communication bridge among R&D, design, art, and QA teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of requirements.

- Maintain smooth communication with headquarters in Chinese or English to ensure efficient cross-border team collaboration.

Requirement & Quality Control

- Assist in breaking down product requirements, clarifying task priorities, and tracking implementation.

- Work with QA to close the testing feedback loop and ensure that features and data meet design objectives.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify project risks and blockers promptly, propose solutions, and drive implementation.

- Regularly report project status and risks to management.

Team Support & Management

- Guide junior and mid-level team members in reasonable task allocation to improve execution efficiency.

- Help build and optimize project management processes and tools for multinational teams.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in game development, including at least 2 years in project management.

- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficient in project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.

- Possess a technical background (understand frontend/client development processes) and able to communicate effectively with developers.

- Good Chinese communication skills (able to attend meetings directly with the China team); proficiency in English and/or Vietnamese is a plus.

- Strong teamwork spirit, execution ability, and resilience under pressure.
