• Manage New Projects in compliance with group internal control rules

Activities

SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT

• All meetings are starting with safety

• Ensure people know the 12 golden rules and respect them

• Ensure people have the obligation to STOP working if facing dangerous situation for themselves or other

• Ensure people are respecting PPE and safety cards on all machines or situation to avoid accident and dangerous situation

• Rise the awareness of any person in plant regarding safety as daily manager’s duty

• Stimulate staff and collect dangerous situation cards follow HSE KPI

• Prevent any environmental incident to happen, reduce environmental impact of our activities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Lead the management of project with the support of Sales, R&D, Supply chain, Industrialization, and Quality department

• Ensure the relation with customer to guarantee Hutchinson development following Hutchinson excellence system (Visible planning, OBEYA)

• Manage transversally the project team to satisfy customer demand following the SQCD targets

• Collaborate with R&D team to define Hutchinson Product Technical design & specification and its validation plan to meet customer requirement

• Collaborate with the supply chain team to satisfy customer demand, by integrating logistic concern for the whole project life following QCD KPI.

• Collaborate with the industrialization team to satisfy customer demands considering the product/process risk analysis following QCD targets.

• Collaborate with Quality team to satisfy customer demands considering product quality and problem-solving follow APQP planning

• Lead the management of change regarding product/process evolutions following the SQCD targets

2. Build and standardize Hutchinson Vietnam database and its know-how regarding Hutchinson Vietnam project management

• Ensure the continuous improvement of the project management tools considering the evolution of Hutchinson digitalization policy

• Propose alternative solutions in collaboration with all transversal department to improve SQCD KPI toward customer requirements/demands

MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION

• Organize routine meetings with all project team members to update projects status and Open issue list

• Organize gate review for each project phase

• Report to Management about projects status

• Communicate with customer about issues and status of projects

INDICATORS TO UPDATE

• Define yearly indicator concerning project

• Ensure the precision of data

• Monthly, quarterly, and Yearly report to management concerning SQCD target of projects

AUDITS

Internal audits and customer audit shall be carefully prepared and passed

IATF 16949 shall be a guide for our organization on a daily basis

Required profile

• 3-7 years’ experience as project engineer/manager in an industrial company.

• Engineering Degree (Mandatory), Mechanical degree preferred.

• Bilingual in English (Mandatory), Korean and Chinese speaking and writing is a preferred.

• Good at Computer software and application such as MS Office 365

• Knowledge of the automotive market and its industry

• Strong time management skill

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team within a transversal organization

• Strong statistical and analytical skills.

• Strong problem-solving skill

• Autonomous, high initiative taker.
