- Responsible for Project Charter
- Responsible for Project Matrix
- Responsible for Project Management Plan
- Responsible for submitting CR and evaluating impacts and communicating to approvers to get final decisions
- Responsible for billing with CI CTG via Planisware (communicating with customers before cost booking, creating distribution key and ensure cost booking of project roles timely)
- Responsible for cost planning, cost tracking and forecast requirement demand cost
- Responsible for updating Planisware (status report, scheduling, cost tracking)
- Responsible for contracting CI resources in Planisware
- IT PEP adherence, responsible for QG checklist, conduct QGs meeting, Risk assessment, Lesson Learned, Global meeting, MSSR
- Responsible for IS DS checklist
- Responsible for improving development, testing, code review, release process adheres IT PEP
- Lead the project team and the project to achieve project objectives
- Support to provide documents (invoices, PO) if CI CTG requested

- Overall knowledge in all the modules of WorkON (Platform, Consultant, Solution, Support and Operation)
- Understanding of the workflow approval process
- Project Management capability
- Good knowledge on Agile, DevOps, Service methodology
- Hands on experience in project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, SMT, Planisware
- IT Product Life Cycle management

- Effective Communication with internal and virtual teams
- Efficient Planning and effective utilization of Resources
- Communication skills to produce presentations and reports

***Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in project manager role
- English is a must
- PMP certification is a plus
