Project Manager (Account Executive)

Orès Asia is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Account Executive) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and have a passion for creative work, this role is for you! You’ll play a key part in bridging the gap between clients and our internal creative teams, ensuring all projects run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

- Coordinate day-to-day operations and timelines across creative, production, and strategy departments

- Ensure deliverables are on-brief, on-brand, and on-time

- Proactively manage project timelines and internal resources

- Take clear meeting notes, follow up on action points, and drive project momentum

- Review and double-check creative outputs before client delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- Based in Ho Chi Minh City and able to work at our office

- At least 2-year experience in a similar role for a creative, social or communication agency.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

- Great interpersonal skills – able to manage relationships with both clients and creative teams.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (written and verbal)
