We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to consult and influence existing or potential users to enroll ELSA’s membership in Brazil market.
A successful team leader of the Telesales team – must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also have to be patient and cool-tempered to deal with demanding requests.
What do you do?
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitor landscape, and potential opportunities in the education technology sector in Brazil.
- Formulate short-term and long-term goals, outlining specific milestones and success metrics.
- Coordinate and implement Telesales activities with outsourced partners, and key stakeholders to enhance market penetration in Brazil.
- Monitor and track partner activities to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
- Collaboration with other functions such as marketing, support, product, delivery, etc. for related tasks.
- Provide translation support and ensure quality control of documents in local languages.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to sales operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience in B2C Sales/International Expansion/Project Management and 2 years of experience as team leader with a track record.
- Portuguese proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Intermediate English level and above.
- Familiarity with CRM.
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity.
- Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative and be proactive going beyond the call of duty.
