JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Change Manager) to lead the development and implementation of a new technology platform to support our company’s operations and customers. This will enhance communication, decision-making, and company-wide collaboration. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and training skills to ensure successful adoption by all staff members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Platform Development & Implementation:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of a change management plan for the CEOS platform.
- Identify and coordinate with stakeholders to define change requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage vendors, developers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
2) Training & Adoption:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training program for all employees and customers.
- Create user-friendly documentation, guidelines, and support materials.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to ensure employees and customers understand and utilize the platform effectively.
- Implement to Train the Trainer programs.
3) Project Management & Execution:
- Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
4) Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
- Collaborate with executives, Program Director to tailor the platform to leadership needs.
- Act as the primary contact for change impact and planning-related inquiries and support.
- Continuously gather feedback to refine functionality and improve user experience.
5) Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related fields;
- English level (CEFR) B2+ or above;
- Proven experience in leading digital platform implementations and training programs, at least 8+ years;
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall);
- Excellent communication and training skills for engaging employees at all levels;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
