Project Manager – Data Warehouse & BI

Position Summary ( specialist):

Manage the setup and deployment of Vietsun’s enterprise data warehouse, integrating data from Bravo, Excel-based workflows, and factory systems to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a centralized data warehouse system.

• Map and integrate data from Bravo, Excel spreadsheets, and production systems.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all sources.

• Define KPIs and reporting structures in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Work with Power BI developers to create dashboards and reports.

• Manage vendors and system integrators to meet project timelines and budgets.

• Provide training and support to end-users on data access and reporting tools.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering (DE), data analytics (DA), or business intelligence projects.

• Proven skills in building and maintaining data warehouses, including data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling, data normalization, and query optimization.

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

• Familiarity with Bravo ERP is a plus.

• Excellent project management skills including planning, execution, risk control, and vendor coordination.

• Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and business users.
