Project Manager (Hybrid)

POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager will be involved in the success of a product from initial phases to introduction to production. Work remotely with customer Buyers and Engineers and coordinate with on-site Application Engineers, support staff and operators via meeting and emails. Hybrid Demands: This is a remote position, team will work mainly from the office but will be allowing for flexible working hours to accommodate project needs and time zones. Regular online meetings with the team, on-site Application Engineers and vendors will be required. Occasional events will be required for team meetings, training, or on-site project management 1. Communicate customer requirements such as, schedules, testing and technical specification. 2. Drawing, Specifications, and BOM Review documented in TSOP-138. 3. Identifying the most appropriate resources for a customer assembly requirement. This encompasses material selection, manufacturing process, outsource vendors, and other aspects of the product development 4. Manage process timeline in Microsoft Project. 5. Help keep projects on schedule. Monitor due dates. 6. Drawing redlines, change request and implementation (ECR/ECO). 7. OMS lite creation and mange project checklist preparation for production transfer 8. P/N creation 9. Costed BOM with images 10. Enter vendor pricing with price breaks in Sage 11. Generate quotes 12. Scheduling and follow up with vendors and in house processing 13. Sales meeting and RFQ review 14. Documentation requests 15. Manage RFQ log and Pipeline report 16. First article requirements and process lock 17. Continued education and learning including but not limited to required company training. Authorities - Report to Engineering Service Manager. - Working directly with customer Buyers and Engineers. - Work mainly from the office but will be allowing for flexible working hours to accommodate project needs and time zones. - Regular online meetings with the team, on-site Application Engineers and vendors will be required. - Occasional events will be required for team meetings, training, or on-site project management.

• Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must. • Ability to work independently, well organized, multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) • Proficient in MS Project, or PLM is a plus. • Education and/or Experience: BS Degree relating to mechanical, electronic, or mechanic. Certificate in Project management is a plus. At least, +4 years of experience in manufacturing or relevant field
