Project Manager In Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan through the company’s professional software system.

• Lead and motivate project team members to ensure high performance, successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction from the initial stage to construction, testing, and commissioning.

• Communicate project progress, status, and issues to clients and project stakeholders.

• Manage all tendering processes, contract awards, and cost control, ensuring that on-site work complies with the latest approved drawings and specifications.

• Manage contractors’ work progress on-site and monitor resource adequacy to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project execution.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry and handled project independently for at least 5 years in Planning, Contract, Cost and Construction Management.

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Good communication and report-writing skills in English.

• Skilled in decision-making, planning, reporting, problem-solving, risk and conflict management, budgeting, and interacting effectively with high-level stakeholders.

• Ready to work away from home and work overtime as needed.
