Project Manager (Korean Resident)

- Overall management of facility management operations (Architecture, machinery, electricity, firefighting, safety, etc);

- Establishment of facility operation (operation, inspection, improvement) plan and cost plan (management plan);

- Establishment and improvement of energy use plan;

- Establishment and operation management of building safety management plan;

- Safety management and operation management of various construction projects;

- Establishment and response to emergency response plan;

- Operation management within Vietnamese laws for each part;

- Conduct technical review for each part;

- Management of employee safety and job training.

- Korean residents.

- Graduated from a university with a major in mechanical equipment or firefighting equipment;

- More than 10 years experience as a facility management Director in large buildings such as shopping malls and office buildings;

- Experience in writing operation manuals;

- Preference given to English and Vietnamese speakers.
