A. ROLE OVERVIEW
- To be a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and system functionalities.
- To excel in understanding business requirements, mapping them to system capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system solutions. This role is pivotal in facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to drive successful system implementations.
B. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. DATA MANAGEMENT
- Implement processes for monitoring and improving data quality
- Conduct regular data quality assessments, identify issues, and implement corrective measures
2. MAPPING BUSINESS REQUIREMENT TO SYSTEM
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for system enhancements or implementations.
- Work closely with Coder team to translate business requirement into detail system specifications and functionalities.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements
3. SOP DEVELOPMENT
- Establish a framework for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures across relevant business functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to capture and document key processes and workflows.
4. REPORT DEVELOPMENT
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Analyze data sources within the ERP system to determine relevant information for reporting
- Utilize ERP reporting tools to create customized, comprehensive reports for each department.
- Design and implement standardized report templates for consistent reporting across the organization

* Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
* Experience
- Proven experience in project management, specifically leading ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and best practices
* Knowledge
- Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing
* Skills and Characteristics
- Leadership, People Development, Change Management.
- Well-organized, Time – Management and Problem Solving.
- Communication.

- Able to work well under pressure and tight timeline.

* Computing Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Data Analysis, ERP
* Languages skills
- Proficiency in English
