Project Manager (Scrum Master/ Agile/ Software Based), Fashion Product Development - Global Ecommerce Platform (Total Annual Compensation $60.000/year)

We’re currently seeking a strong passion for consumer fashion and highly organized Project Manager with a proven Agile background (Software/Tech industry) to join our Fashion Product Development team.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of managing timelines, resources, budgets, and performance metrics across our fashion product development team. Leveraging your Agile expertise, you'll build structured processes, closely track team progress, ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Prior fashion industry experience is not mandatory; however, a willingness to quickly adapt, learn, and effectively collaborate with creative teams is essential. You will regularly interact with expats and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all development projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project Planning & Agile Process Management

• Develop, standardize, and optimize Agile project management practices including task breakdown, sprint planning, retrospectives, and detailed reporting

• Closely manage and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products and milestones

• Identify potential risks or blockers early and work with relevant stakeholders to remove them before they impact delivery

Performance Monitoring & Decision Making

• Continuously monitor and analyze team performance

• Regularly gather and interpret key data points (velocity, completion rates, resource utilization, development milestones), ensuring team targets remain relevant and achievable

• Ensure performance metrics and project priorities stay aligned with business objectives

• Generate clear, actionable reports to support strategic decision-making at leadership levels

Cross-functional Coordination & Communication

• Serve as the central point for cross-team collaboration, maintaining alignment of goals and priorities

• Facilitate structured meetings with clear documentation of discussions, actions, and follow-up responsibilities

Team Development

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development activities within your teams.

• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and provide coaching to continuously improve team performance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (HUST, FPT University, University of Technology, NEU...).

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years managing software or technology projects.

• Proven track record working in Agile environments (Scrum methodology).

Technical Skills

• Excellent project management skills, especially task breakdown, prioritization, timeline estimation, and milestone tracking

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence)

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience interpreting data and creating insightful reports

• Demonstrated ability to proactively address project and process-related issues

Soft Skills

• Strong facilitation and meeting-management skills (structured agenda, effective note-taking, follow-up)

• Strong listening and root-cause identification skills

• Proven capability to resolve minor conflicts constructively within teams

• Open-minded, eager to learn, comfortable acknowledging knowledge gaps, and rapidly adapting to a new domain

Additional Requirements

• Able to learn quickly and show a strong interest in the fashion industry, especially in product, fabric & materials, and design aesthetics

• Fluent English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent), confident in direct communication with international teammates
