About the role:
• As a Project Manager, you work closely with the design teams and be responsible for the overall success of the project including but not limited to deadlines, budget and quality. You will be guided by the Project Director or Head of Department.
• Responsible for the overall management, coordination, implementation, execution, quality control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals;
Responsibilities:
• In charge of full cycle of project: responsible for overall implement of requirements to meet project standard.
1. Analyze: Receive, review and clarify detailed record of all instructions, requirements by client, and estimate for projects.
2. Develop: Coordinate with all parties to develop project schedule, workload, manpower, timeline, budget, quality, risk and solutions…, and other aspect of a project management.
3. Manage: Follow performance/quality of project, finalize and solve any arising variation/issue to assure company standard.
4. Odoo record: Assure correct records of all submissions in Odoo.
5. Manpower: Plan project manpower resources, workload, evaluation and people management to develop team.
6. Training: Evaluation requirements of project, prepare appropriate training course to upgrade technical skill of team member/leader.
7. Budget: Assure planned hours of all task/sub-task in project milestones to meet assigned budget.
8. Meeting: Weekly meeting with design teams, consultants, clients, line manager… assure all changing of project are agreement by all relevant parties.
9. Forecast: Prepare monthly forecast with at least 2 months forecast.
10. Report: Making report as per requested, especially project completion report.
• Assure permanent conformity of design to customer specifications and requirements, company standards and other regulation requirements.
• Assure full scope of service as per contract agreement without exception.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships within a project team.
• Develop and improve company procedure and workflow; Present regular improvement ideas and implement plan to BoD (quarterly).
• Support other departments (if needed) for project management.
• Other assigned tasks by Director.
