Project Manager - Tooling/Sole

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all project activities related to tooling and sole. Description The successful candidate will report to Project Director and take the responsibilities for: * Collaborates closely with the brand tooling department to ensure the design specifications are accurate and feasible; * Oversees the prototyping process from initial concept through to final confirmation, including mold development. * Reviews and evaluates the technical package prepared by tooling engineers and the team for shoe projects before it is sent to factories and suppliers. * Manages a variety of project activities, including the mold drawing process, cost estimation, production of bottom parts, component manufacturing, prototyping, development trials, testing, and transitioning to production. * Coordinates with the Development and Commercialization Team for the transfer of the tooling tech pack, or works with the production team to ensure efficient shoe production at factories. * Ensures that shoe bottom parts are well-engineered and meet aesthetic design requirements. * Guarantees that new models fulfill technical specifications and adhere to delivery timelines.
