- Accountable to provide standardization across the regional franchise teams
- Manage smart budgeting projects
- Understand budget planning/ projections
- Collect financial information from franchise teams
- Maintain and track monthly budgets for each team
- Smart task management & strategic alignment
- Organize a team to prep for Leadership dialogue including January Refresh, April, and September Projections.
- Gathers / disseminate risks & opportunities for finance and demand management. Align on Budget timing across all TA’s.
The Project Manager, Worldwide Franchise Strategy & Operations is responsible to manage and analyze, on behalf of a key client, regional franchise budgets through different phases of the budget process, serving as the trainer and compliance officer, and participating in project & task delegation, submission, execution, and the close-out process. This role will serve as the Franchisor (master/regional) budget, strategy, training & service point of contact to the regional franchisee and global franchise teams. The PM must understand how to analyze the task & workload of the teams and will manage the development, periodic reviews, and updates of the team's budget to ensure the implementation of strategic choices and business processes. The PM will ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to the budget & workflow.

- Preferred tools: Clickup, Monday, Asana, Microsoft Excel, Google Data Studio, or similar
- Advanced English level, excellent spoken English
