Project Operations Officer

Job Summary:

Project role with strong involvement in Sales Operations, Merchandising, and Retail Operations.

We are seeking a Project Operations Officer to coordinate and support operational and commercial activities, including sales operations, merchandising, inventory planning, pricing, and retail execution, for a SASCO project at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

This is a full-time, 1-year project-based position, suitable for candidates currently working in Ho Chi Minh City, with experience in Sales Operations, Merchandising, or Retail Operations.

A. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales, Inventory & Purchase Order Support

• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, sell-through rates, and stock turnover.

• Prepare and propose purchase order (PO) recommendations.

• Monitor product performance and optimize order quantities and product mix.

2. Product Quotation & Pricing Management

• Prepare initial product quotations upon contract execution.

• Update pricing and product quotations quarterly or when required.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product, pricing, and commercial terms.

3. Promotion & In-store Execution

• Coordinate planning and execution of promotional programs and sales campaigns.

• Propose and benchmark promotional programs implemented at reference airports.

• Support deployment of POSM, displays, and promotional materials in compliance with store standards.

4. Brand, Goods & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with brands on merchandise, pricing, fixtures, displays, and POSM.

• Ensure product authenticity, legal compliance, quality, and agreed specifications.

• Coordinate shipping, customs documentation, and delivery schedules; handle product-related issues.

5. Training, Branding & Customer Service Support

• Organize product knowledge and sales training programs.

• Support branding activities, store image consistency, and customer service initiatives.

• Provide advisory support to improve store operations and customer experience.

6. Incentive & Project Support

• Coordinate incentive and commercial programs with brands.

• Support store investment, upgrades, and installation of fixtures and equipment when required.

B. Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Merchandising, or Retail Operations, preferably in Duty-Free, Airport Retail, FMCG, or Luxury retail.

• Experience in inventory planning, pricing, promotions, and brand coordination is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a project-based environment.

• Good command of English.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and airport operation environment.

• Available for a one-year fixed-term / project-based contract.
