* Support Senior Process Engineers:
- Design of manufacturing processes to reach established targets (capacity, quality, productivity, cost, etc.).
- Management of equipment and tooling for new production lines: searching and selection, procurement, installation, validation, TPM plan and instructions, spare parts information, safety measures and instructions.
- Installation and validation of new production lines, reaching established targets.
- Release new processes related documentation (PFMEA, control plans, working instructions, etc.).
- Management of training program for production team members, and effectiveness validation for new processes.
- Support in manufacturing of samples/prototypes for product validation, when required.
* Support Production/TPM teams:
- Participating in teams for problem solving for root cause identification, and design and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes.
- Design and implementation of improvements in production line to reach established targets (quality, productivity, capacity, etc.).
- Reparations in equipment that can not be performed by mechanics.

- Bachelor Degree in Automation, Electronic, Electric or related fields
- Have 1 year in the same job or related position
- Have knowledge about PLC, High level programming languages, Electronics and electric circuits
- English language (high level written and medium level speaking)
- Skills to understand deeply how machines and processes work
- Skills to take new technologies
