1. Order/Sales & Profitability
· Achieve annual order/sales target of the assigned area.
· Secure order and profitability with both direct/indirect approaches
· All sales must be done in respected to the commercial policies.
· Promote cross selling & solution business to maximize all TOAV product/service/solution in the accountable segments.
· Manage order and follow up delivery as per customers’ requirement.
· Update and stock status of customer and support them with planning and recommendation.
· Manage order and follow up delivery as per customers’ requirement.
· Follow up & collect the customers’ debts.
2. Project Pipelines Development: Identify, quantify & follow projects in the assigned region
· Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs.
· Work closely with Contractors, Developers, Design Consultants, Interior Designers, End-Users to promote and prescribe TOA Paint products
· Update status of such projects within in project pipeline system.
3. Team player & team spirit
· Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update.
4. Customer relationship management (Identify and develop key accounts)
· Working closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge.
· Present and provide technical product information necessary to customers
· Organize seminars for Contractors/ Developers/ Design Consultants/ Interior Designers to raise their competency level and also get upstream information on projects to act more quickly and increase our chance to win.
· Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Visit the customers to specify TOA Paint’s products. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degrees, preferably field in construction and chemical.
- 3–year experience in working in similar position.
- Having knowledge about the paint and construction chemicals industry is an advantage.
- Understand company’s products and competitor’s.
- Knowledge in opportunity management and account management.
- Others (e.g. language skills, leadership skill, technical skills):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn, good communication skills and result- oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline.
- Willing to travel.
