Overall purpose
- Reach sales targets.
- Maintain and develop B2B sales channels through sales activities to reach company objectives.
- Cooperate and support B2B Marketing activities to reach sales and increase product and brands awareness as well as gain more business opportunities for B2B.
Key responsibilities and duties
• Reach sales targets: focus to Business Solution product category
- Drive dealers to reach sales aligned to increase the sales for Audio.
- Support dealers in managing project pipeline to ensure closing sales.
- Develop sale channels and build networking to enhance the sales for reaching company sales target assigned.
- Develop project quantity to maximize sales opportunities for Audio Business.
- Propose sales strategies to comply with market change and company’s objectives.
• Support dealers to supply products to customers: Advise, consult and provide product information timely and effectively.
• Cooperate with Product PIC to resolve additional problems, such as bills, certificates, detective products, and some situations that exceed dealer’s competences.
• Collaboration with Tech Marketing to organize product training to Dealers to increase more sales opportunities for project business.
• Propose to upper level about Project Business flow to increase the opportunities of project sales vs. competitors in local market.
• Check, manage and monitor project pipeline to ensure product selling price, delivery time, inventory for project business with B2B Dealers with Product Marketing for PSI.
• Cooperate with Product Marketing for related marketing tasks: analyze and current market situation, project business, prices, and products of competitor policy for B2B business to provide and propose strategies on time to maintain and increase sales for B2B and the company's development goal.
• Cooperate with Product Marketing to follow up data customers and potential leads after events/ tradeshow/ workshop to maintain and build up more sales channels or project opportunities
• Make periodic reports to comply with the company’s direction and manager requirements.
• Other tasks are assigned by line managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Audio field or related environment
- At least 2 years of experience in sales at B2B business.
- Experience in selling electronics products at different channels is a plus
- English proficiency
- Solution and result orientation
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Analysis and problem-solving
- Growth mindset, multitasking
- Good in negotiation and communication
- Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
- Self – motivated, dedicated and integrity
