Project Sales Manager (Construction Field)

• Sales/ Marketing Activities: Develop clients base and conduct sales visit and marketing calls and others.

• Follow Up activities (before sales): follow up with sales enquires, preparation quotation& proposal, participate in project bidding…

• Follow Up activities (after sales): Monitor any required activities that will result in a smooth delivery…

• Reporting Activities: Prepare sales forecast and sales release report…

• Sales Improvement plans: Networking / participating in forums, seminars and engineering association…

- Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field.

- Knowledge of the construction market and customer dynamics.

- Fluency in English and proficiency in Vietnamese are advantageous.

- Minimum of 7 years of working experience, in which 5 years in sales within the construction, preferable pre- engineer steel, buildings, structure steel projects and have good relationship with main contractors.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Demonstrated result-oriented mindset and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.
