- Support to project manager in daily admin works, in charge of office affairs: editing documents, storing documents, custom clearance...
- Budget control for project.
- Networking/ reconcile with head quarter.
- Verify working time sheet for staff/ drivers.
- Make purchase requests and update to system
- External relation with main contractor and suppliers.
- Other tasks as assigned by Project Manager.
Work location:
+ Go to site at industrial parks (VSIP I, VSIP II, Long Duc – Long Thanh, AMATA,..) by Company's Bus in the morning, and come back HCMC in the evening.
+ Or in HCM office at Binh Thanh

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- FEMALE only, 22-26 years old is prefered
- Fresh graduate
- Bachelors degree of foreign language, foreign affairs, foreign trade, economics…
- Good communication in English;
- Computer Proficiency;
- Good Excel skill;
- Able to draft and edit documents base on regulations of Vietnamese government and foreign trading documents;
* Profile should include:
- Application letter (with picture) in English
