Main responsibilities:
Project Management (~80%)
• Design and implement a program focused on improving mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) for healthcare workers in partnership with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
• Build a relationship with senior government officials and 30 hospital leads to identify and address individual and institutional barriers to MHPSS objectives.
• Lead reporting (written and oral) for all related initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables are on-time and on-budget.
• Represent EpiC at national and international events.
• Build relationships with organizations with synergistic aims.
• Source technical consultants to meet project needs, develop their agreements and monitor their work.
• Manage project budgets in coordination with finance and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Technical Oversight (~20%)
• Identify gaps in technical knowledge among existing staff and consultants and identify ways to fill gaps.
• Understand available tools, trainings, and other resources available from international thought leaders.
• Coordinate with FHI 360’s global experts to share resources and experience.
• Review program data and make appropriate programmatic pivots to meet targets and fill service gaps.
• Develop manuscripts, presentations, and other knowledge products.
• Join and proactively contribute to EpiC’s broader MHPSS efforts through its MHPSS taskforce.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's Degree or its international equivalent in project management, public health, social work, psychology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience working on projects. 5+ experience in management or implementation of public health projects in Vietnam is an advantage.
• Exceptional skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Interest in improving health and other workforce mental health and burnout. Experience in implementing activities focused on these areas is an advantage.
• Experience with USAID or other international donor-funded projects.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
