Promotional Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Promotional Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to be good at English skills to assist the company to develop and grow our supplier development, sale-support services and export business to US market. You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Sourcing for new suppliers, working with existing suppliers to supply clients in the US
- Managing a scalable delivery operation to support multiple US clients each with 100s of orders
- Ensure the order-to-delivery process from the Vietnamese factories to the warehouses of US customers.
- Managing a team of associates based in Vietnam
- Support the US based sale team
- Most importantly, you must ensure that the operation process runs efficiently and in compliance with organizational regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Support the setup of the new Promotional business, including supplier network setup, operational process design, employee recruitment and training.
• Manage customer services including quoting prices, sending samples, negotiating, convincing customers to buy products and closing contracts. Manage and monitor contract payment process, debt, and customer care tasks before, during and after the contract in a timely and professional manner.
• Explore customer needs, work with the US sale team to develop/ build products that best meet customer needs
• Research, negotiate and select suitable suppliers. Build and maintain partner relationships with suppliers.
• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to reduce costs and optimize performance.
• Ensure that the Procurement operation process complies with legal regulations and the organization's internal regulations.
• Manage orders and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness, include checking the quality of goods and services received from suppliers.
• Perform supplier reviews and recommend improvements in the purchasing process.
• Manage contracts and ensure that terms and conditions are adhered to.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in business management, Economic, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B business, eCommerce, Procurement or equivalent, with a focus on product management, customer service
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and methods of negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible working hour to support the US clients, including calls with customers and US sale team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Remotely or work in JKA My Tho
Fulltime 15 – 20mil VND, work in HCMC (Remote)
Fulltime 12 – 15mil VND, work in My Tho city (On-site)
