- Perform spot checks on school property based on predefined criteria and plans
- Support on the on-going construction or renovation projects.
- Arrange and coordinate repairs undertaken by in-house facility technicians or contractors.
- Develop the periodic maintenance plan of all buildings including classrooms, offices, work areas and storage areas.
- Establish an effective system (or protocol) for facility technicians to identify issues and troubleshoot any issues around the campus as efficiently and quickly as possible.
- Make maintenance, repairs and property budgets in consultation with Department Head and monitor the use of these budgets during the year.
- Initiate policies, and improve existing processes related to Procurement & Property Management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest legislation requirements in term of School facility
