Property Partnership Manager

MyStorage is pioneering the self-storage market in Vietnam, and we’re looking for a driven Property Partnerships Manager to grow our locker presence across apartment buildings and commercial properties. Your mission: find and secure underutilized property spaces where we can install lockers and create win-win partnerships through revenue sharing.

What You’ll Do

Your mission is to grow our hyperlocal locker footprint across HCMC by identifying and converting the right buildings into long-term partners.

1. Scout & Pitch & Close

• Work with building owners, property managers, and developers to identify underutilized spaces (e.g., basements, hallways, storage rooms).

• Propose revenue-sharing partnerships where we install storage lockers in their properties.

• Help negotiate terms and manage these partnerships to maximize locker occupancy.

2. Execute and Optimize

• Cold call, email, and meet prospects to get deals across the finish line.

• Track performance of existing partners (locker usage, revenue)

• Collaborate with ops to install and maintain lockers

• Sales Hustler – You’re energized by the hunt and love converting “maybe” into “yes.”

• Partnership-Minded – You’re great at finding alignment and creating value for both sides.

• Independent Operator – You can manage your pipeline and hit goals with minimal supervision.

• Strong Communicator – Fluent in Vietnamese and comfortable in English.

• Data-Driven – You use metrics and tools (like a CRM) to improve outcomes and productivity.
