• Position Title: PROPOSAL ENGINEER
• Cost Center: T090
• Reports to: Services Sales Director
• Working location: Vietnam
*** Job type:
The Proposals Engineer has responsibility for key aspects of formal and budget proposal generation and submission. This extends to reviewing clients’ requests for quotation and detailed specifications, coordinating process inside/outside of the Company, obtaining quotations from sub-suppliers, estimating costs and man hours, preparing prices to complete tender documents
*** Area of Responsibilities:
• Offer preparation; review tender documents and request of quotations
• Cost evaluation; work with cost estimators for costing of equipment
• Item identification/codification; review and compile technical descriptions and drawings of products
• Supplier offer analysis; review proposals and quotations received from suppliers
• Offer/Contract submission + follow up; responsible for ensuring all tasks are performed in a timely manner and according to tenders
• Negotiation with customers; ability to effectively deal with customers and able to communicate with them

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in English both verbal and written communication
• Good knowledge of Microsoft package; mainly excel and word
• Mechanical Engineering background
• 3 - 5 Years of experience is requested
• Candidates with experience in the steel industry are preferred
