•Develop, supervise, boost performance and efficiencyof training activities in assigned area.
•Supervise and coachfor all activities of Pru-Planner team.
•Supervise and Evaluate implementation plan of team to ensure the quality andtimeline.
•Check and ensure the quality of training procedures & activities in line with company & department regulations.
•Coordinate with The Gallerie businessteam and others to develop capabilities for Pru-Planners; carry out training activities in terms of knowledge enhancement & soft skills for new The Gallerie Sales Managementlevel & The Gallerie Sales Training Delivery.
2.Operational tasks & Business supporting
•Conduct training activities as assignedtraining plan.
•Participate in training design & development for Pru-Planners.
•Support Business Development Managers –The Gallerieto carry out morning exercise, training and coaching, supervising and guiding sales to help Pru-Planner achieve business goals.
•Participate in projects in termsoftraining, development & business.
•Any other tasks assigned by management levels.
•University graduation or above.
•Major: Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Pedagogy/ Finance & Banking with master degree, which is an advantage.
2.Knowledge and skill
•Knowledgeable in banking, finance, investment, insurance.
•Proficient in English.
•Good at presentation skill.
•Good at interpersonal skill.
•Potential in leadership skill.
