• One vacancy – work at HCMC JJ office

• One vacancy - relocated to work at our HUB location in Malaysia (Shah Alam, Selangor)

Summary of job:

• The Purchase To Pay (PTP) Analyst executes the daily accounts payable processes and functions which include processing payments to suppliers, contractors, and employees, whilst ensuring adherence to the Group’s policies and procedures.

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting.

• Good English Skill.

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable role, preferably in an international finance shared service company environment or in FDI companies.

• Experienced in SAP and VIM management is highly preferred

• Ability to process high volume of invoices; detail-oriented and able to multi-task and manage deadlines

• Willing to relocate to work and live in Malaysia.
