The job holder (initial 1 year contract) reports to Government & Public Relations Manager. Day to day working closely under the coaching of Communications & Public Relations Lead.

The job holder needs to:
 Understand reputation, relationship and branding needs of the business
 Network with media and PR agencies to win their support for business
 Support to organize external, internal and high profile events to build and reinforce company reputation and brand
 Propose and implement CSR project to support building company image and strengthening relationship

1) PR, event and branding:
• Support to organize internal and external events to build and reinforce company’s reputation, image and brand
• Implement PR and branding activities to promote company brand in the country
• Explore, liaise and work with third parties and service providers to ensure quality services and adherence to brand standards
• Support the design of corporate promotional items and gifts for internal and external events and supervise to ensure the standard of service
• Coordinate with other teams for staff engagement activities in both public and internal events

 Support external and internal communications activities
 Assist with the drafting and translations of speeches
 Build, maintain good network with journalists especially in the industry for better support from media company as a whole
 Provide inputs and support for preparation of briefing document and compose applications for different purposes

 Identify, propose and implement CSR projects and other small sponsorship and charity activities to support the business in community investment activities; build the company a responsible corporate citizen and strengthening relationship with key stakeholders
 Support ad-hoc sponsorship request and justify/propose level of participation

 Complete tasks reasonably assigned by line manager within own competence
 Strictly comply with Rosneft’s Policy on Combatting Corruption and all relevant procedures of Rosneft Vietnam in the implementation of the Policy

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

* Education: BA’s degree in communications, public relations, and/or PR related fields of study

* Knowledge / Skills:
a) Good communications skills in both written and spoken
b) Strong network with PR companies, media outlets and journalists
c) Strong organizational skills and competency in working with third parties in events, PR, branding, and design
d) Able to prioritize work and deliver performance under high pressure environment and in short notice

* Language Skills:
a) Excellent written and spoken English
b) Knowledge of Russian language is a plus

* Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience in related roles with media relations; NGOs;

* Computer Skills:
a) Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
b) Design skills (use of Photoshop, Corel Draw) are advantageous
