Purchase Staff

• Establish and operate the purchasing process

• Vendor & procurement Management (MRO/ General/ Service contact)

• Supplier sourcing/ Pre-Bid Meeting/ Quotation request (RFQ)/ Vendor selection

• Supplier & Vendor Management

• Purchase Order & Inventory control (Management)

• Cost & Budget Management

+ All tasks will be carried out in English (reporting, presentations, Conversations, and email)

+ A Korean team leader will personally provide training on standard tasks based on experience from a large Korean corporation

+ Efficient workflow management through ERP system implementation

+ Detailed job responsibilities will be adjusted based on position and work experience

• Experience: 0~7 years

• Academic: Bachelor~ Master

• Language: English

• Manufacture, Especially automation equipment company business experience is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Hard working, with good teamwork and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, finance)
