As we are expanding our operation in Southeast Asia

We are now looking for a position working in HCMC office as follows:

Position: Purchasing Assistant

• Support purchase actitivies from sending inquiry until finish shipment.

• Manage Label, package, traceability code.

• Send and receive samples and documents (domestic and global).

• Prepare inspection and compose report.

• Follow-up shipment progress and coordinate to solve problem occur.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (International business, Business administration, Supply Chain Management, etc).

• Good command of English (Oral & Written).

• Proficient in MS Office computer skills (Especially Excel).

• 1-2 years experience in procurement, purchasing position in Food or FMCG is prefred however fresh graduates are also welcome.

• Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure.

• Attention to detail, strong sense of logic, analytical skill, and critical thinking.
