Purchasing Executive

1. Job description:

• Liaise with new and existing suppliers.

• Sourcing goods, products, services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals..

• Troubleshooting with supply issues.

• Coordination between Suppliers, customs agent and other stake holders to insure punctual supply of products to the EU market.

• Checking shipping docs.

• Liaise with Quality department on new product development.

• Other assigned tasks by manager.

2. Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Shipping Economics, or Business Administration.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in administration, purchasing, sales, or related fields. Background in international transportation is a strong advantage.

• Languages: English proficiency required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

• Skills: Strong management and administrative capabilities.

• Personal Attributes: Intelligent, proactive, and socially adept.
