Purchasing Executive/ Chuyên Viên Mua Hàng (Chinese & English Speaking)

1. Conduct research for new components, goods, spare parts and supplier’s development.
2. Compile data relating to supplier’s selection, supplier’s audit & performance to enable evaluation to ensure the contract compliance
3. Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
4. Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
5. Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
6. Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization
7. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
8. Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
9. Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
10. Prepare reports and updates as and when required
11. Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
12. Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation.
13. Prepare and raise purchase requisition, purchase orders and order schedules through ERP system.
14. Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
15. Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships.
Yêu cầu công việc
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. University degree, major related to business, logistics, English or Chinese language
2. Working experience: Preferably with more than 3 years of working experiences with purchasing experience in a fast moving manufacturing environment.
4. Able to communicate well in English
5. Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Good organization, strong leadership and high motivation
7. Knowledge in shipping incoterms
