Purchasing Team Leader

• Monitor the purchasing process to ensure all package meets the timeline and follow company policies. • Lead strategies to negotiate with Vendors with optimal contract terms. • Manage supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution, and fostering reliable supplier resources. • Develop weekly/ monthly/ quarterly purchasing plans by collaborating with internal stakeholder to stay updated on their special technical requirements and timelines. • Report purchasing status to Operation Director

• University degree or higher in Economics, Trade & Commerce, or relevant; proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above) • Experience in working for Korean companies and/or being able to speak Korean is an advantage • Over 7 years of experience as a purchasing manager in similar commercial complex projects (Shopping Mall - purchasing specialize in Design/Marketing Service, Furniture, interior Purchasing) with VM procurement, MRO procurement, etc. • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles related to invoicing; and rich experience in proceeding competitive bidding. • An analytical mind with excellent communication and negotiation skills
