1. Driving synergies and transversal projects
2. Proposing Panel suppliers in line with Category Leader strategies
3. Negotiating suppliers’ contracts including all Purchasing terms
4. Support productivity actions from partnership actions with suppliers
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB
1. Market intelligence :
a. Search new suppliers in Vietnam and Asia areas, according to guidelines from Category Leader and in line with their strategies
b. Collect any information regarding product and technology innovations available in Asia,
2. Purchasing strategy:
a. Contribute to the purchasing strategy & supplier panel definition, by giving input and making any recommendations to Category Leaders about supplier introduction or withdrawal from the Panel suppliers
b. Understand key cost drivers of the categories
3. Suppliers strategy :
a. Apply the strategy defined for the Asian suppliers, by the Category Leader with the active contribution of SEB Asia buyers
b. Prepare supplier strategies for key panel suppliers according to purchasing strategies per product categories, and reflect it through the Suppliers Performances Reviews (SPR).
4. Sourcing of material, components, services,
a. Monitor Requests For Quotations (RFQ) process, provide relevant inputs during the pre-Sourcing Committee and Sourcing Committee (SOCO). Challenge prices though price comparisons & “should cost” analysis. Support buyers actions, by challenging the price offers and negotiate counterparts of business allocation,…
b. Cost analysis : evaluation of cost drivers, challenges cost breakdown, conduct cost analysis
5. Contract management
a. Negotiate and formalize Purchasing contracts with Panel suppliers according to Category Leader strategies, and get signature from relevant board of Directors
b. Formalize and systematize yearly negotiation process with the suppliers. Renegotiate existing price if consistent turnover development with new products,…
c. Get significant and regular savings in terms of Total Cost : Price, Quality, Lead time, for new and current business
d. Implement continuous action plan, productivity plans and reach the objectives coming from the budget outputs,
6. Project follow-up:
Through the different projects stages defined in Groupe Seb, ensure with purchasing team that purchasing strategy is respected and support the New Products Development activity.
7. Problems solving:
Deal with suppliers for specific problems solving, in the field of logistic, quality, sustainable development, project development … when problem could not be solved directly by the people in charge, get involvement from purchasers, and purchasing manager if and when needed.
8. Budget preparation :
Analyze cost drivers, markets, supplier’s prices, and ensure data for budget process.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education background in Foreign Economic, Ex-import, Logistic
2. Good knowledge of contracting with oversea suppliers
3. Experience to purchase both Electrical and Mechanical parts and/or small domestic appliances
4. Good leadership & management skills
5. Good communication in English
6. Project management skill
