Purchasing Officer ( Nhân Viên Phòng Mua Hàng )

• Issue Purchase Order of material bases on customer’s demand and inventory balance

• Issue & follow up Delivery Order Request for all kinds of material

• Following up the order, chasing vendor for on time delivery

• Updating shipment schedule in systems

• Checking & receiving shipment & shipping document from vendor.

• Collecting shipping document and hand over to the Accounting team for payment procedure.

• Preparation for import-export documents.

• Deal with all troubles related with our customers for satisfying their demand.

• And other related jobs

• University graduate, major in Economics, female

• 1 - 2 years of experiences in Purchasing job

• Good communication both in Vietnamese and English, fluent in Chinese is advantage.

• Honest, kind-hearted & hard-working

• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good teamwork, active, careful, patient and honest
