Job description

*Job Description: 1. Collect all required documents to apply payment a. Invoice/PKL with supplier’s stamp, signature b. Bill of lading, air way bill c. PO/PI with signature d. Good receiving notes from factories e. Payment request 2. Check PO quantity, price against with invoice, with receving notes. If any mismatch, need to double check with purchasing merchandiser, supplier to correct them 3. Check the shipped/received qtty with PO to see the shortage/overage if have. Any difference out of the tolerance, need to double check with fabric merchandiser and suppliers to solve it. 4. Check the invoice for paiting fee/claim fee deduct or not. 5. Working with supplier to make sure that they submit DP documents to bank on time. 6. Working with Vietnamese suppliers to clear all information before they issue VAT invoice 7. Making sumary list for payment and update all the detail in tracking chart 8. Store and record all documents in share folder. 9. Support purchasing supervisor to manage sale contract, quotation and other documents. 10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job requirements

*Job Requirement: 1/ Graduated from University with major in Finance, Accounting and Auditing; 2/ A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills 3/ Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels 4/ Excellent communication and presentation skills 5/ Good written & spoken English 6/ Willing to work under pressure.
